I will come to preview your home and evaluate its current condition. After the preview I will do my research, then we will set up an appointment to discuss how your home is best suited for the current market and what type of marketing plan I will put in place.

BuyingLet's meet at my office to review what your DESIRES are for your new home. I will do some searches in the areas you're interested in, using your criteria, and then make the appointments to preview properties you have an interest in. During this appointment we will also discuss the transaction process and what you can expect from beginning the search to receiving the keys to YOUR NEW HOME.

Renting/LeasingI also work with tenants & landlords who need only a temporary agreement between parties. Assisting qualified tenants in finding a rental property they will love until they can afford to buy on their own is how I got started, so I still work this side of real estate. Weichert Realtors also offers various levels of involvement for the Landlords, as well, to include monthly management or just locating a tenant.
